"We stayed in a family room for 2 nights while visiting Tropical island. We got 2 separate rooms with common entrance and bathroom. Good space, fesch, clean and good beds. The rooms where very warm. Great playground for the kids. Beautiful scenery and view over lake. Needs more hooks in rooms and bathroom to hang clothes and towels. Ok breakfast and good but expensive food in restaurant. Small kids schnitzel 8.50 euro, adult schnitzel 22 euro. Restaurant is not open every evening. You can take a swim or rent a boat in the lake. Close to tropical island, 15 min by car."

"A very good stay here in October 2019. My single room was small and a bit spartan but comfortable, functional, tidy and clean, as was the bathroom. The staff was friendly and polite, and the location very nice - by a lovely lake and easily accessible by highway. I did not eat at the restaurant but it was clearly popular and smelled and looked excellent. Breakfast was very good. All in all a pleasant country hotel."

"Hotel The room we got was pretty small but enough room for 2 and our luggage. The pillow was so thin it was almost better to just not use it. The bathroom had just enough space for the toilet, shower, sink and place for the door to open. Breakfast A normal amount of food choice which tasted well. Could not grab my own coffee, had to ask an employee as instructed on the machine which is not something I’d like to do in the morning."

"We did an stop over here during our family trip. The place is very beautiful, affordable price, very comfortable rooms. We had dinner at the restaurant (not included in the price), the food was very nice, the restaurant itself is really beautiful. We were a bit surprise that we got charge more than 3€ for a glass of tap water, but the food was really good. Probably we will repeat the place in a future stop over."

"A great family stay during our Tropical Island weekend adventure. The hotel is very conveniently located not far from the airport and very near tropical islands resort. It's surrounded by pine and mixed woods and has a beautiful lake by its side. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the only thing is that it could be better with a bathtub in the family room instead of a shower cabin. The hotel restaurant is very well set up with sections of it decorated in traditional, part modern style and has large terrace overlooking the kids play area and garden. On our last day children were tired and sleeping until late morning after a full day of fun, the hotel personnel were kind and offered us take away boxes to take some food for children from the breakfast buffet. The food for breakfast and from the ala cart menu for lunch and dinner is delicious."
